About
My name is Diana Zawil
Welcome to my studio!
My love for art-making started at an early age. I trained as a graphic designer but family life took me into the teaching world. After 20+ years of teaching art and the Spanish language in private and public schools, I embraced a full-time art practice. I am an artist who works with multiple mediums, including textile design, illustration, painting, and printmaking. In 2020 I immersed myself in learning all about surface pattern design consequently falling in love with the process and its results. Immediately, I had my first print pattern commission from a local boutique owner, and the rest is history!
